Website terms of use
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms govern your use of ucomputing.net, including its service information, contact features, third-party content and software downloads. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. About uComputing
This website is operated by uComputing Clouds under the uComputing brand ("uComputing", "we", "our" or "us") from 17 Adzepa Avenue, Tarkwa, Western Region, Ghana. You can contact us at support@ucomputing.net or +233 240 905 969.
2. Website and service information
The website introduces our managed IT, cloud, website, business email, software and support services. Website descriptions, demonstrations, pricing discussions and responses to enquiries are general information and invitations to contact us. They are not a binding quotation, service-level commitment or contract unless we confirm them in a separate written agreement.
We may update, correct, suspend or withdraw website content or features. We try to keep information useful and accurate, but availability, specifications, integrations and service details can change. You should confirm any requirement that is important to your purchasing decision before relying on it.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:
- break any law, infringe another person's rights, misrepresent your identity or send unlawful, harmful or deceptive material;
- attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, introduce malware or misuse contact channels;
- automatically scrape, harvest, copy or republish substantial website content except where applicable law permits it; or
- use our name, brand, website or downloads to impersonate uComputing or distribute modified, malicious or misleading copies.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, our rights or legal compliance.
4. Freeware and software downloads
uComputing PC Booster Pro is offered as freeware from this website. The software's installer, licence agreement and any product-specific notices govern installation and use and take priority if they conflict with these website terms. Other uComputing products may require a separate subscription, licence, implementation agreement or support plan.
Before installing or applying system changes, use the official download, review the installer and proposed actions, maintain appropriate backups and make sure you have authority to change the device. Results depend on the device, Windows configuration and selected actions. Do not interrupt an update or driver installation unless the product specifically allows it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, freeware is provided without a promise that it will meet every requirement, find every issue, improve a particular performance measure, or work with every device or third-party program. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Intellectual property
The website, uComputing name and logos, product names, original text, layouts, graphics, photographs, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to uComputing and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the website for its intended purpose. No ownership transfers to you.
You may link to our public homepage fairly and lawfully, provided the link does not imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Written permission is required to copy, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer where prohibited, or commercially reuse protected materials except where a product licence or applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Third-party services, links and Google Maps content
The website may link to or display content from Microsoft, Google Maps, Google Places, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn and other third parties. These services are not controlled by uComputing and their availability, security, accuracy and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies.
Google Maps ratings, reviews, reviewer details, place information and map content are provided by Google. Reviews may be ordered by relevance, are not verified by uComputing or Google, and do not necessarily represent our views. Use of that content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms, Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself mean that we endorse every statement, product or practice on the destination. Check the destination address and its terms before submitting information, making a payment or downloading anything.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with the website, contact channels, analytics and external services. Please read it alongside these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and general website content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose. Website content is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, uComputing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or a third-party destination. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
9. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible for your unlawful use of the website and for information or material you submit. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate uComputing for reasonable losses, claims and costs directly caused by your deliberate breach of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly and fairly. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies, the courts of Ghana will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
11. Changes and general terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
